Hi, I'm Tony. I run ReviewBee.

Not a team. Not a call centre. One person who built this, answers the phone, and writes the responses for everyone on the Handled plan.

I kept seeing the same thing.

Good local businesses, doing genuinely good work, sitting on eleven reviews while the outfit down the road had ninety. Not because the other outfit was better at the job. Because somebody over there remembered to ask.

Reviews decide who gets called. Somebody searches, sees two businesses, and picks the one with more stars and more recent activity. That decision happens before you ever get to talk to them.

ReviewBee exists to make the asking automatic, so the business that deserves the calls is the one that gets them.

Part of Plain English Web Solutions

Plain English is the point, not a slogan.

The parent company has one rule: explain things so a business owner can make an informed decision without having to learn the jargon first.

That rule shapes this whole product. You'll never get an email from me about omnichannel reputation orchestration. You'll get "your review requests go out by text now, here's what changed, here's what it costs."

If something I say doesn't make sense, that's on me, and I'll say it again a different way.

What you can expect.

You talk to me

Not a ticket queue. The person who answers is the person who can fix it.

I'll tell you if it won't help

Some businesses don't need this. I'd rather say so than take the money and have you cancel in three months.

No lock-in games

Month to month if you want it. Annual if you'd rather pay for ten months instead of twelve.

Your reviews are yours

Every one of them, on the platforms they live on. If you leave, they stay right where they are.

Tell me about your business.

Where do your reviews stand today? How do customers usually find you? Give me fifteen minutes and I can tell you whether this is worth your money.
